Senior yoga-challenge without strain!
Yoga is a source of vitality! You are as young as your spine is flexible…and it is never too late to begin! This is Yoga adapted for those who are no longer younger than 40….physical postures, breathing excercizes and relaxation which can enhance well-being and increase energy levels. Mental and physical flexibility and balance are the focus, with individual adaptations. By using walls, chairs, blocks, and blankets we can accomodate limitations.
